The 30-day return service does not affect the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance commerce, but complements it, for the benefit of fleur events customers.

General conditions for the return of products sold by fleur events:

The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them. Make sure that the product is not protected by passwords set by you and that you have deleted any accounts you have defined so that the product does not contain any personal data and can be brought back to the original software version

How to return the products?

Step 1

Pack the products you have decided to return well, in a box or in the original packaging. If possible, use all the protective elements in the original packaging, so that the product does not get damaged on the way. Consider that the product must be returned in the original condition in which it was received.

Step 2

Contact us on facebook, instagram, whatsapp or by phone and let us know.

Step 3

Wait a few days. We will process returned orders as soon as possible. This usually takes 2 – 5 working days.

Step 4

We will let you know when we have verified and processed your returned order. We will return the money to your account. In most cases, it usually takes 2 – 5 business days for the money to be transferred to your account.
