Delivery policy

Orders are delivered from our warehouse in Brașov and arrive at their destination within 1-3 working days from the registration of the order.

All orders registered in our system before 14:00 are shipped the next day and reach their destination on the next working day. Orders registered after 14:00 reach their destination within 3 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the volume of registered orders.

Due to the fact that the delivery is made through a third party agent, we cannot guarantee the quality of the service. However, for any problem regarding the delivery process, do not hesitate to contact us.
